How We Came To Be:
God had poked me with an idea. But perhaps I should back up a bit first. Over Christmas break, I was absentmindedly scrolling around on Facebook, when I happened to glance over at a bookshelf in the room. Sitting there was a book, called Do Hard Things By Alex and Brett Harris. Curious as I ever was, I read the back cover, where the text caught my eye and immediately set its hooks into me.
As I devoured that book, I became engrossed in all of these stories about teens my age and younger who were accomplishing incredibly hard tasks, and fighting low expectations that society shackled on us. I realized that we as teens could do so much more, if we really set ourselves to it.

That’s when God poked me.
A thought flew to my head. At a recent ‘See you at the Pole’ event, I recalled that we prayed for a revival at our school. An idea formed. I thought to myself, why not do what these teen writers did, and start a blog? A blog that would put our prayers into action. A Revivalution. I was filled with a sudden passion to see this idea put into action. Only I had no idea what I was getting myself into.
The Internet is a powerful thing. I have the aching eyes to prove it. Interested in how to blog, and christian blogs already out there, I researched until I fell asleep. Then I set myself to work. And Now we are here, starting something I wouldn’t have dreamed of if I had never read that book. I feel as though God gave me this idea, in hopes that I can be his tool for helping my fellow classmates, and in that process help myself become a better testimony to what His grace and power can do.
